# List Ingestion Uploads

`GET /api/asclepius/ingestion/uploads`

Paginated over FULL history (newest first). Returns the page plus the
grand total so the admin UI can page through every upload ever received.

``status`` (Audit PRD §21.5) narrows to one state — ``needs_review`` surfaces
the admin review queue. ``counts`` always carries the per-status totals so the
filter chips render real numbers regardless of the active filter.
