This route takes NO identifier, in the path, the query or a body. The
``hs_id`` comes from the session and from nowhere else, which is the same
property the physician earnings route holds: it is a fact about the route
rather than about a check somebody remembered to write. There is
deliberately no ``/hs/payouts/{hs_id}``.
