something to read it is a clickwrap whose "I have read this" is provably
false, and the reasonable-notice line in the case law is exactly there.

Served to every state, not only to the one that can sign. An organization
still filling in the application is entitled to read what it would be
signing before it answers anything, and a member who arrives after the
signature is entitled to read what their organization agreed to.
