Load the 10 ratified GOLD nephrology multimodal cases into the queue as
ready-to-serve V3 tasks (real labs + EHR + an authored A/B pair, NO LLM needed).
Idempotent. Any signed-in evaluator can call it (synthetic data only) so V3 can be
populated on demand — independent of the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY state.
