A fixture rendered through the real community interface.

An applicant waiting on a decision should be able to see what they are
applying to. They must not see the community itself: those rooms are worth
reading precisely because everyone in them is credential-verified, and
rejecting an application afterwards does not unread the messages. The
community's own gate refuses them and is untouched by this.

Served ONLY to an account that cannot reach the real thing. An approved
physician asking for this gets 404 rather than a fixture, because handing
a colleague invented conversations while the real room sits one tab away
is a way to make somebody doubt everything else on the screen.
