# Record Validity Finding

`POST /api/asclepius/admin/submissions/{submission_id}/validity-finding`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.archangelhealth.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.archangelhealth.ai/api/asclepius/admin/submissions/{submission_id}/validity-finding`
- Auth: none declared

Record that a clinical-validity attestation was, or was not, true.

A HUMAN DECIDES, ALWAYS. There is no sweep, no heuristic and no model that
writes this: the whole reason the attestation moves responsibility is that a
named person looked at the case and reached a conclusion, and an automated
finding would be an automated pay cut, which this codebase already refuses
to make (see the quality-hold branch in ``payments.reconcile_task_accruals``).

The payment consequence is not applied here. It is applied by the accrual
sweep reading ``validity_finding``, which is what makes it idempotent, makes
it survive a finding recorded before the ledger row exists, and keeps the
one rule about restating settled money in the one module that owns money.

## Path parameters

- `submission_id` string, required

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable

## Request body

- ValidityFindingBody: A person's determination about one physician's attestation. ``note`` is required for a ``false`` finding and optional for ``upheld``, and that asymmetry is the point. Section 4.3 of the contributor agreement promises the physician is told WHICH case and WHY when a case is not paid. A finding with no reason cannot keep that promise, so the API refuses to record one rather than leaving a doctor with an unexplained zero.
  - `finding` string, required
  - `note` string, nullable
  - `override_unsigned` boolean

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
