# Invite Data Provider

`POST /api/asclepius/admin/data-providers`

## Request

Create a data_partner account + temporary password, and email the provider
the portal link + credentials. Idempotent (existing provider → rotate + re-
invite). 503 if email isn't configured — we never create the account without
being able to tell the provider.
