The walk as a chain: who has each point, who the chart is waiting on (§8.7).

Served for SOLO walks too, deliberately. At max_labels=1 a solo walk that its
physician abandons is unrecoverable by anyone else — nobody can satisfy the
sequence gate for the remaining points — so it is dead stock, and before this
it was dead stock invisible as a problem anywhere in admin.
