- `skip` integer
- `show` integer
- `simple` boolean
- `limit` integer, nullable: How many ranked accounts to return (by stored value); omit for the top 100.
- `all` boolean: Every account with a stored value, not the top 100.
- `accounts` string, nullable: Comma-separated chain_id:address pairs (at most 100): returns exactly these accounts, zero-value ones included, instead of the ranking.
- `chain_id` '8453' | '130' | '10' | '1' | '4663', required
