## Request body

- object
  - `type` 'generic' | 'slack' | 'discord' | 'telegram': generic = signed JSON POST. slack/discord = incoming-webhook URL. telegram = bot_token + chat_id.
  - `url` string, uri: Destination URL (generic) or incoming-webhook URL (slack/discord).
  - `bot_token` string: Telegram bot token (telegram only).
  - `chat_id` string: Telegram chat ID (telegram only).
  - `events` string[]

## Response `200`

Webhook created (HMAC secret shown once for generic endpoints)
