## Request

Authenticated native community discussion on the latest committed Fomo/Pump trade event UUID. Current external actor visibility is checked through SocialQuery; hidden, missing, CALLD and retracted targets return 404, upstream outage returns 503. Native moderation and bilateral blocks apply. No token holding is required.

  - `reply_count` integer, required: Total visible nondeleted direct replies in this scope, independent of pagination.
  - `viewer_can_reply` boolean, required: True for a signed-in, unrestricted viewer when the parent is not deleted. Always false for anonymous readers.
