Retired post-media upload route. Authenticated requests always receive 422 content_rejected before body storage. Use POST /v2/social-media with an intended scope, then bind its ID on a supported parent write.

- `401`: Stable machine-readable problem. HTTP 429 and 503 responses include retry and cache-validity fields plus Retry-After and X-Request-ID headers.
