Returns the authenticated user's enrolled Hyperliquid master account and the reviewed builder metadata used by client-direct orders.

  - `account_id` string, uuid, required
  - `address` string, required: Canonical Hyperliquid master address. Use as the user field for direct Hyperliquid info and WebSocket reads. Orders are signed and submitted by the client; Arbital uses this address only for account identity.
  - `builder_address` '0x1a891b521601d4f4caa3b7dfda4dcf9080568dfe', required: Arbital builder address for client-direct Hyperliquid orders. The main wallet must approve this builder before its first fee-bearing trade.
  - `builder_fee_tenths_bps` 50, required: Hyperliquid builder fee unit; 50 tenths of one basis point equals 5 bps (0.05%).
