List the caller's enabled native-author selections (maximum 100). This private read does not enroll a source or create notifications.

- NativePostNotificationSelection[]: At most 100 stored enabled native-author selections, ordered by user_id. Global selected_posts opt-in and current follow/source eligibility are enforced independently.
  - `user_id` string, uuid, required
  - `enabled` boolean, required
  - `version` string, required: Unsigned decimal string within signed 64-bit range; never coerce to a JavaScript number.
