## Request

Enable notifications for an actively followed, eligible native author using expected_version. An already enabled identical selection is an idempotent success; a stale new change returns 409. Maximum 100 active selections. Delivery also requires the global selected_posts opt-in. Enabling/re-enabling starts a new source episode and does not replay earlier publications. Native posts and post replies are supported; imported trader selections use their separate typed routes.

  - `expected_version` string, required: Unsigned decimal string within signed 64-bit range; never coerce to a JavaScript number.

- NativePostNotificationSelection: One native author selection owned by the authenticated recipient. A never-selected author returns enabled=false/version="0"; disabled rows retain their version. Imported trader/profile IDs are not accepted as native identities.
