{ teams: [{ team_id, team_name, updated_at }] }: never the links.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, or expired key.
- `403`: Not the Reason CLI.
- `429`: Too many requests. Retry after the number of seconds in the `Retry-After` response header.
