# Check License

`POST /data/checklicense`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://data.applyzer.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://data.applyzer.com/data/checklicense`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

This endpoint checks if the user has a valid license and returns the API credit balance for the running billing period.<br/>

Credit Cost: 0

## Response `200`

Successful operation

- object
  - `message` string: The response message
  - `response` boolean: True if the user has a valid license, False otherwise
  - `credits` object: API credit balance for the current billing period
    - `has_subscription` boolean: True if an active DATA subscription was found
    - `used` integer: Credits already spent in the current billing period
    - `total` integer: Total credits included in the plan for one billing period
    - `remaining` integer: Credits left to spend in the current billing period
    - `usage_percentage` number: Percentage of the plan credits already spent
    - `period_start` string: Start of the current billing period (format YYYY-MM-DD)
    - `period_end` string: End of the current billing period (format YYYY-MM-DD)
    - `plan_name` string: Name of the active DATA plan

## Other responses

- `403`: Forbidden
- `500`: Error
