# App Rankings

`POST /data/app/ranking`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://data.applyzer.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://data.applyzer.com/data/app/ranking`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

This endpoint allows you to get the app current rankings for all countries and categories.<br/>

Credit Cost: 5

## Request body

- object
  - `device` 'iphone' | 'ipad' | 'mac' | 'play', required: play / iphone / ipad / mac
  - `app` string, required: For Android apps this is the package ID like com.example.app. On iOS this is the numeric app ID such as 123456789
  - `market` 'IOS' | 'PLAY', required: IOS / PLAY
  - `countrycodes` string[]: Use this to specify countries to look up. Country code follows the ISO 3166-1 Alpha-2 standard in uppercase

Successful operation

  - `message` string: The response message
  - `response` object[]: List of current app rankings
    - `category` string: Category name
    - `categoryid` integer: Category ID
    - `countrycode` string: Country code
    - `date` string: Date and time of the ranking (format YYYY-MM-DD)
    - `diff` integer: Rank difference from previous period
    - `rank` integer: Ranking position
    - `type` string: Ranking type (e.g., Free, Grossing)

## Other responses

- `404`: No data found
- `500`: Error
