# Receive a signed text-only Mailgun delivery

`POST /inbound-email`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apphandoff.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.apphandoff.com/api/inbound-email`
- Auth: none required

Verifies Mailgun's timestamp/token HMAC, resolves the workspace alias and visible From membership, and durably claims the delivery. Attachment fields are ignored.

## Response `200`

Delivery claimed or already acknowledged

## Other responses

- `406`: Signature, routing, authorization, or content rejection
- `500`: Transient or unknown post-signature failure; Mailgun should retry
