Determines whether the specified user matches the specified dynamic segment

  - `code` string: Segment code
  - `filters` Filters[], required: Dynamic filter
    - Filter[]: Filters
      - `operator` string, required: Filter operator
      - `conditions` FilterExpression[], required
        - `parameter` string, required: Filter parameter field
        - `operator` string, required: Filter operator
        - `values` string[], required: Values for the parameter field

## Response `200`

OK

- UserMatchResult: Indicates whether the user matches a dynamic segment query
  - `matches` boolean: True if the user matches the dynamic segment query
