Sets a default payment method for the specified user

## Request body

- DefaultPaymentMethodRequest: Information required to set a default payment method
  - `ownerId` string, required: ID of the user who owns the default payment method
  - `companyId` string, required: ID of the company of which the user is a member
  - `paymentMethodId` string, required: ID of the default payment method
