Create an application assignment for a marketplace user.

## Path parameters

- `subscriptionUuid` string, required
- `userUuid` string, required

## Query parameters

- `creatorUuid` string

## Request body

- SubscriptionCustomAttributeWS: A subscription custom attribute, as defined in the marketplace at Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Custom Attributes > Subscription Custom Attributes
  - `name` string: The key name of an existing subscription custom attribute
  - `values` string[]: Values of the custom attributes. If the attribute definition is MULTISELECT, all values must be a subset of the value options defined in the marketplace. If the attribute definition is TEXT, only one value is allowed.
