Returns the users associated with the app specified with the given app name which belongs to the given owner.

- `owner_name` string, required
- `app_name` string, required

  - `avatar_url` string: The avatar URL of the user
  - `can_change_password` boolean: User is required to send an old password in order to change the password.
  - `display_name` string, required: The full name of the user. Might for example be first and last name
  - `email` string, required: The email address of the user
  - `name` string, required: The unique name that is used to identify the user.
  - `permissions` string[]: The permissions the user has for the app
  - `origin` 'appcenter' | 'hockeyapp' | 'codepush', required: The creation origin of this user
