Begins the symbol upload process for a new set of symbols for the specified application

## Path parameters

- `owner_name` string, required
- `app_name` string, required

## Request body

- object: A request containing information pertaining to starting a symbol upload process
  - `symbol_type` 'Apple' | 'JavaScript' | 'Breakpad' | 'AndroidProguard' | 'UWP', required: The type of the symbol for the current symbol upload
  - `client_callback` string: The callback URL that the client can optionally provide to get status updates for the current symbol upload
  - `file_name` string: The file name for the symbol upload
  - `build` string: The build number. Optional for Apple. Required for Android.
  - `version` string: The version number. Optional for Apple. Required for Android.

## Response `200`

Success

- object: A response containing information pertaining to starting a symbol upload process
  - `symbol_upload_id` string, required: The id for the current upload
  - `upload_url` string, required: The URL where the client needs to upload the symbol blob to
  - `expiration_date` string, date-time, required: Describes how long the upload_url is valid

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `403`: Unauthorized
- `500`: Internal error
