# Dividends

`GET /v1/dividends`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apiverve.com`
- URL: `https://api.apiverve.com/v1/dividends`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Get the dividend-per-share history for a company by ticker symbol. Optionally choose the annual or quarterly series and limit how many periods are returned.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, required
- `period` string
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `401`: Your request was not authorized, or your API Key was invalid
- `404`: Requested resource was not found
- `500`: A server error has occurred, try again later
