# Barcode Generator

`POST /v1/barcodegenerator`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apiverve.com`
- URL: `https://api.apiverve.com/v1/barcodegenerator`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Barcode Generator is a simple tool for generating barcodes from data. It returns a URL to the generated image of the barcode.

## Request body

- object
  - `data` string, required: The data you want to generate a barcode from (string)
  - `type` string, required: The type of barcode you want to generate
  - `lineColor` string: The color of the barcode (default: #000000)
  - `backgroundColor` string: The background color of the barcode (default: #ffffff)
  - `displayValue` boolean: Whether to display the value below the barcode (default: true)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

## Other responses

- `401`: Your request was not authorized, or your API Key was invalid
- `404`: Requested resource was not found
- `500`: A server error has occurred, try again later
