# Get organization timeline

`GET /organizations/{cin}/timeline`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apino.sk/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve the chronological change history for a single organization. Returns all detected changes ordered from oldest to newest.

Combines every source the change feed has:
- **daily** — changes detected from daily RPO sync diffs (since the system started tracking)
- **historical** — changes extracted from the register's own dated history (validFrom/validTo transitions going back years)
- **tax** — VAT registration and deregistration, tax reliability and the Financial Administration's lists, and Czech VAT events
- **ruz** — financial statements filed, or missing past their deadline
- **peppol** — joining the Peppol e-invoicing network

Use the `source` parameter to filter by origin.

Paginated chronological list of changes

  - `data` OrganizationChange[]
    - `id` integer: Change record ID
    - `organization_id` integer: Organization ID
    - `country_code` 'SK' | 'CZ': Country the organization belongs to.
    - `identifier` string: CIN at time of change
    - `organization_name` string: Company name at time of change
    - `change_type` string: Type of change (e.g. name, address, legal_form)
    - `old_value` string: Previous value (simple text fields); absent when there was none
    - `new_value` string: New value (simple text fields); absent when there is none
    - `old_data` unknown
    - `new_data` unknown
    - `sync_date` string, date-time: Date from the RPO export file. A timestamp at midnight UTC (`2018-03-02T00:00:00Z`); only the date part carries meaning.
    - `detected_at` string, date-time: When the change was detected by our system
    - `source` 'daily' | 'historical' | 'tax' | 'ruz' | 'peppol': Origin of the change: `daily` — detected from the daily register sync; `historical` — extracted from the register's own validity dates; `tax` — the Slovak Financial Administration's lists or the Czech VAT register; `ruz` — the Register of Financial Statements; `peppol` — the Peppol e-invoicing network. New values may be added.
  - `count` integer: Number of results in this page
  - `limit` integer: Limit used
  - `offset` integer: Offset used
  - `has_more` boolean: Whether more results exist beyond this page
  - `next_cursor` integer: Present only when `since_id` was used and the page is non-empty. The id of the last change on this page — pass it as `since_id` on your next request. On the final page it is the value to store until your next poll.

## Other responses

- `300`: CIN exists in both registers — call again with `?country=SK` or `?country=CZ`
- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
