# List people

`GET /organizations/{cin}/people`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

List people associated with an organization — statutory bodies (directors, board members) and stakeholders (shareholders). Filter by role type and current status.

Paginated list of people

- PersonList
  - `data` PersonResponse[]
    - `person_name` string: Full name of the person
    - `role_type` string: statutory_body or stakeholder
    - `role_description` string: Role title (e.g. konateľ, člen predstavenstva)
    - `valid_from` string, date-time: Start date of the role. A timestamp at midnight UTC (`2018-03-02T00:00:00Z`); only the date part carries meaning.
    - `valid_to` string, date-time: End date; absent while current. A timestamp at midnight UTC (`2018-03-02T00:00:00Z`); only the date part carries meaning.
    - `is_current` boolean: Whether the role is currently active
  - `count` integer: Number of results in this page
  - `limit` integer: Limit used
  - `offset` integer: Offset used
  - `has_more` boolean: Whether more results exist beyond this page

## Other responses

- `300`: CIN exists in both registers — call again with `?country=SK` or `?country=CZ`
- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
