# List filed financial statements

`GET /organizations/{cin}/financials`

## Request

The sets of accounts a Slovak company has filed in the Register účtovných závierok: the period, the kind, and when each was filed and prepared.

The figures themselves are not included. What this answers is whether a company files and how late — visible from the periods alone — and a company that has not filed for two years is the signal most callers are looking for.

SK only. A CZ organization returns 400 rather than an empty list, so "not covered" cannot be misread as "files nothing".

## Response `200`

Filed statements, newest period first.

    - `type` string: The kind of statement, as the register publishes it.
    - `period_from` string: Accounting period start, as `YYYY-MM`.
    - `period_to` string: Accounting period end, as `YYYY-MM`.
    - `filed_on` string, date, nullable
    - `prepared_on` string, date, nullable
    - `source_id` integer: The register's own identifier for the statement.

## Other responses

- `300`: CIN exists in both registers — call again with `?country=SK` or `?country=CZ`
- `400`: The organization is not Slovak, or `country` is not `SK` or `CZ`.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: No such organization.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
