# Get Property Data

`POST /v1/properties`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apillow.co` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Get Zillow property data.

Accepts multiple input types:
- **urls**: Zillow listing URLs or search URLs (e.g. zillow.com/los-angeles-ca/)
- **search**: Free-text search query (e.g. "Los Angeles", "90210")
- **zpids**: Zillow Property IDs
- **zipcodes**: US ZIP codes

Options:
- **type**: Filter by listing type: "all", "sale", "fsbo", "rent", "sold"
- **max_items**: Maximum results to return (default 200, max 1000)

All requests are async — returns a job_id instantly. Poll GET /v1/results/{job_id} for results.

## Request body

- PropertyRequest
  - `urls` string[]: Zillow URLs -- listing URLs or search URLs (e.g. zillow.com/los-angeles-ca/)
  - `search` string, nullable: Free-text search query (e.g. 'Los Angeles', 'Miami Beach FL')
  - `addresses` string[]: Street addresses to look up. Each must include a city and state, or a ZIP code -- a bare street line such as '766 Throne Dr' matches many streets nationwide and will not resolve to a property. Example: '1874 Bromton Dr, Lyndhurst, OH 44124'
  - `zpids` integer[]: Zillow Property IDs to look up directly
  - `zipcodes` union[]: US ZIP codes to search

  - `max_items` integer: Maximum number of results to return
  - `property_type` string, nullable: Property type filter: 'house', 'condo', 'townhouse', 'land', 'apartment', 'manufactured', 'multi_family'
  - `price_min` integer, nullable: Minimum price filter (USD)
  - `price_max` integer, nullable: Maximum price filter (USD)
  - `check_only` boolean: If true, only check if listings exist without fetching full data. Much faster for bulk address checks.
  - `webhook_url` string, nullable
  - `bulk_password` string, nullable
