# Translate with review (fix the text first)

`POST /v1/video/translate/proofreads`

## Request

Prepares the translated subtitles of each language for review before any video is made: read them with GET /v1/video/translate/proofreads/{id}, correct them with PUT …/srt, then POST …/generate (billed as a translation). Not every account has review — GET /v1/video/translate/languages says whether `proofread` is available.

**Billing:** Request — the video is billed when you generate it · **Rate limit:** 10/min

  - `consent_id` string: A consent you recorded before (the dashboard records one when you tick the box)
  - `remove_music` boolean: Remove the background music from the result
  - `enhance_speech` boolean: Clean up the speech audio

  - `duration_seconds` number: The source's length if you know it (only for the estimate; the charge uses the real length)
  - `target_languages` string[], required: Output languages (a review session per language)
