# React to message — estimate

`POST /v1/social/messages/{id}/react/estimate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apihub.co.il`
- URL: `https://apihub.co.il/v1/social/messages/{id}/react/estimate`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Price the request without executing it. Same body as `POST /v1/social/messages/{id}/react`.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Message ID — accepts the Postproxy hashid or the platform's external_id

## Request body

- object: Payload for reacting to a message. Instagram's outbound reactions API accepts only love (you may pass an emoji alongside). Facebook Messenger expects a unicode emoji — Postproxy translates the named reactions before calling Meta; a supplied emoji always takes precedence over the named reaction for Messenger.
  - `emoji` string: Unicode emoji. Forwarded to Instagram; on Messenger it overrides reaction as the literal value sent to Meta.
  - `reaction` 'love' | 'like' | 'dislike' | 'smile' | 'wow' | 'sad' | 'angry': Named reaction, defaults to love

## Response `200`

Estimate

  - `credits_to_reserve` number
  - `estimated_usage` object
  - `note` string, nullable
  - `balance` object
