# Start a verification — estimate

`POST /v1/messaging/accounts/{accountId}/gmb-verifications/estimate`

## Request

Price the request without executing it. Same body as `POST /v1/messaging/accounts/{accountId}/gmb-verifications`.

## Path parameters

- `accountId` string, required: The Zernio account ID (from /v1/accounts)

## Request body

- object
  - `method` 'ADDRESS' | 'EMAIL' | 'PHONE_CALL' | 'SMS' | 'AUTO' | 'VETTED_PARTNER', required: The verification method. Selects which method-specific field below is required.
  - `context` object: ServiceBusinessContext (e.g. service address). Required for service-area businesses.
  - `phoneNumber` string: For PHONE_CALL / SMS.
  - `emailAddress` string: For EMAIL.
  - `languageCode` string
  - `mailerContact` object: For ADDRESS (postcard) verification.
