`GET /mode/{subject}`

Returns the mode configured for a specific subject. If not explicitly configured, the subject inherits the global mode.

Returns the mode for the subject.

  - `mode` 'READWRITE' | 'READONLY' | 'IMPORT', required: Current operating mode of the registry.

- `404`: Error returned by the Schema Registry API
- `500`: Error returned by the Schema Registry API
