# Get task status

`GET /api/v1/task/status/{taskId}`

## Request

Query the execution status of image and video generation tasks and retrieve results when complete

- `taskId` string, required

## Response `200`

Task status retrieved successfully

- TaskStatusResponseDto
  - `code` number, required: HTTP status code
  - `data` TaskDataDto, required
    - `taskId` string, required: Unique task identifier
    - `status` 'not_started' | 'processing' | 'finished' | 'failed' | 'expired', required: Task status: not_started, processing, finished, failed, expired
    - `files` MediaFileDto[], required: Generated media files (populated when status is finished)
      - `fileUrl` string, required: Direct URL to the generated file (retained for 3 days)
      - `fileType` 'image' | 'video' | 'music', required: Type of media file: 'image', 'video' or 'music'
    - `output` object, nullable: Structured result data. For data generations (e.g. Suno lyrics text or created persona) this is the full result. For media generations it carries extra metadata when available — e.g. Suno music returns `tracks` with per-track title, duration, lyrics, tags and cover image URLs (order matches `files`).
    - `createdTime` string, required: ISO 8601 timestamp of task creation
    - `errorMessage` string, nullable: Error description (when status is failed)

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - Check your API key
- `404`: Task not found
