# Replaces the language settings for the account

`PUT /settings/v1/languages`

Use this call to modify the language settings of the account.<br>You must have at least one of these scopes: 'settings.manage, setup.manage'.

## Request body

- ReplaceLanguagesModel — With this request you can modify the language settings for the account
  - `languages` ReplaceLanguageModel[], required — The languages for the account
    - `code` string, required
    - `mandatory` boolean, required

## Response `204`

Replace of the language settings was successful.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request.
- `401` — You are unauthorized.
- `403` — Forbidden.
- `404` — The Request-URI could not be found.
- `415` — Unsupported media type.
- `422` — Validation errors in the request body or query params.
- `499` — Client closed request.
- `500` — An unexpected error occurred.
- `503` — The server is currently unavailable. Please try later.
