# Move multiple charges from one folio to another. Multiple source folios and multiple target folios can be specified.

`PUT /finance/v1/folio-actions/bulk-move`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apaleo.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.apaleo.com/finance/v1/folio-actions/bulk-move`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Implicit: `https://identity.apaleo.com/connect/authorize`
  - Scopes: `folios.manage`, `admin`

If one of the folios is closed, this action cannot be performed.


If any of the specified charges does not exist, this action cannot be performed.


Moving negative charges to a house folio is not supported. Create additional folios instead, and move the charges there.<br>You must have this scope: 'folios.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.folios.move_charge'.

## Request body

- BulkMoveRequest
  - `items` BulkMoveItemRequest[], required: The list of actions to perform
    - `sourceFolioId` string, required: ID of the source folio
    - `targetFolioId` string, required: ID of the target folio
    - `chargeIds` string[], nullable: The IDs of the charges that should be moved
  - `reason` string, required: Description of why the move is performed

## Response `204`

Success.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: You are unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden.
- `404`: The Request-URI could not be found.
- `415`: Unsupported media type.
- `422`: Validation errors in the request body or query params.
- `499`: Client closed request.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred.
- `503`: The server is currently unavailable. Please try later.
