# Delete a calendar event.

`DELETE /calendar/v0-nsfw/events/{id}`

## Request

  - Scopes: `calendar-events.manage`, `admin`

Delete a calendar event. Suppression markers belonging to this event are removed
with it. Independently stored events are left unchanged.<br>You must have this scope: 'calendar-events.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.calendar_events.delete'.

## Response `204`

Deletion of the calendar event was successful.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: You are unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden.
- `404`: Not Found
- `422`: Validation errors in the request body or query params.
- `499`: Client closed request.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred.
- `503`: The server is currently unavailable. Please try later.
