# Unassign units from a reservation.

`PUT /booking/v1/reservation-actions/{id}/unassign-units`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apaleo.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - Implicit: `https://identity.apaleo.com/connect/authorize`
  - Scopes: `reservations.assign-unit`, `reservations.manage`, `admin`

Unassigns units for all time slices of the given reservation. If no units are assigned for the
reservation nothing will happen. It will fail for reservations in status 'CheckedOut'.<br>You must have at least one of these scopes: 'reservations.assign-unit, reservations.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.reservations.modify'.

## Response `204`

Unassigning the unit was successful.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: You are unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden.
- `404`: The Request-URI could not be found.
- `422`: Validation errors in the request body or query params.
- `499`: Client closed request.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred.
- `503`: The server is currently unavailable. Please try later.
