# Check-in of a reservation.

`PUT /booking/v1/reservation-actions/{id}/checkin`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.apaleo.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.apaleo.com/booking/v1/reservation-actions/{id}/checkin`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (implicit, authorization URL `https://identity.apaleo.com/connect/authorize`, scopes: `reservations.manage`, `admin`)

Check in a specific reservation which is in status 'Confirmed', and has a unit assigned. This changes the status to 'InHouse', and sets the check-in date and time.<br>You must have this scope: 'reservations.manage'.

## Response `204`

Check-in of the reservation was successful.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request.
- `401`: You are unauthorized.
- `403`: Forbidden.
- `404`: The Request-URI could not be found.
- `422`: Validation errors in the request body or query params.
- `499`: Client closed request.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred.
- `503`: The server is currently unavailable. Please try later.
