`POST /inlong/manager/api/consume/update`

  - `consumerGroup` string: Consumer group, only support [a-zA-Z0-9_]
  - `filterEnabled` integer: Whether to filter consumption, 0-not filter, 1-filter
  - `id` integer: Primary key
  - `inCharges` string: Name of responsible person, separated by commas
  - `inlongGroupId` string: The target inlong group id of this consume
  - `inlongStreamId` string: The target inlong stream id of this consume, needed if the filterEnabled=1
  - `mqType` string: MQ type, high throughput: TUBEMQ, high consistency: PULSAR
  - `topic` string: The target topic of this consume
  - `version` integer: Version number
