# Add Suppression

`POST /core/unsubscribes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.anyreach.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

List an address by hand. A ``telephone`` entry is the organization's
do-not-test list: no Side-by-side call or audit caller dials it.

## Headers

- `x-anyreach-org` string, nullable: Organization ID for user PATs (pat_ prefix tokens)

## Request body

- SuppressionIn: A hand-added unsubscribes row. Phone numbers are stored as E.164.
  - `channel` 'telephone' | 'email', required
  - `address` string, required
  - `reason` 'manual' | 'do_not_test'
  - `note` string, nullable
