`POST /core/metrics/{metric_id}/lint`

Abstractness lint (FR-C1..C6): static pass always; LLM
name-the-evidence + suggestions when llm=true (default); empirical
self-consistency over sample conversations when requested.
Warns and demonstrates — never hard-blocks (FR-C5).
