# List the full tool catalog

`GET /tools`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://anthra.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://anthra.com/api/v1/tools`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Every capability the API can drive (mirrors the MCP `tools/list` surface). Each entry has a `name`, `description`, required `scope`, and a JSON-Schema `inputSchema`. Invoke one with POST `/tools/{tool}`. Any valid token may read the catalog.
