`POST /v1/support`

## Request

Store one support message and notify the founder. No sign-in
needed; a Clerk session, when present, attaches the account id.
Answers 202 with the message id (null when the honeypot caught a
bot — the response is otherwise identical), 422 on a malformed
message, 429 past five messages then one per two minutes per client,
503 when this deployment has no accounts database.
