The active substance (INN) with its RxNorm and EMA identifiers, and its indications quoted unchanged from EMA
(EPAR) and FDA labels, with source and date. Not a recommendation: what a medicine is approved for, not whether
it is right for anyone.

## Query parameters

- `lang` string: Language of `display`; English when that language has no published name yet
