`GET /v1/terminology/symptoms`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Names, ICD-10 and ICD-11 codes, body system, labels in 20 languages, match terms and source-quoted warning signs;
no causes or associations. Every response carries the release and `clinical_review: false` until a clinician reviews it.

- `q` string, nullable: Text, concept id or ICD-10 code
- `icd10` string, nullable: Only the concept mapped to this ICD-10 code
- `icd11` string, nullable: Only concepts mapped to this ICD-11 MMS code
- `body_system` string, nullable: Only concepts of this body system (e.g. nervous, digestive)
- `kind` 'symptom' | 'finding' | 'all'
- `lang` string: Language of `display`: the preferred label, else the lay label in that language, else English
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired or revoked credential (`WWW-Authenticate: Bearer`).
- `403`: The credential's scope or the patient's consent does not allow this.
