`GET /v1/terminology/{system}/{code}`

## Request

  - `attribution` string, nullable: For ATC: the WHO Collaborating Centre attribution, on every response

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired or revoked credential (`WWW-Authenticate: Bearer`).
- `403`: The credential's scope or the patient's consent does not allow this.
- `404`: Not in the bundled subset (the code may still be used).
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded; wait `Retry-After` seconds.
