Doar pentru proiecte sandbox: pacienții creați de proiect (întâi) și copia lui de pacienți
sintetici, cu id-ul pairwise pe care îl vede proiectul. Pentru producție lista e goală:
dashboard-ul nu afișează persoane reale.
