Stream homepage refresh events via Server-Sent Events.

Subscribes to Redis channel: homepage:refresh:{company_id}
Pushes events to client when jobs complete/fail/start for instant UI updates.

Authentication is via query parameter since EventSource doesn't support headers.

    token: Authentication token (JWT)

Returns:
    EventSourceResponse with homepage refresh events
